Would all patients ensure they have an appointment before coming to clinic. This will avoid long waiting times and help the clinic run smoothly. If you need urgent care, please ring us beforehand. We can then check and arrange bed availability.

In emergency cases you may need to contact your GP or A&E. Please let us know if you have any treatment or admissions.

If you have equipment 'gathering dust' in your cupboards, can you return them to the clinic ASAP.

Blood pressure machines need regular servicing and may be needed to loan out to other patients. Lung patients need to have their nebulisers checked at least every six months, more if usage is heavy. Bring them to clinic and we can arrange service and replacement.
